What is this?
In each experience, you will be locked inside for a designated amount of time while you and your team try to figure out how to escape. The rooms contain clues, trap doors, and hidden items.
Can I book an escape room for a unknown group size?
If you are unsure how many people will arrive, please select the deposit option in the booking form,
This will pay for 2 tickets and the everyone else will be charged on the day of the event.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
You can! all you need to do is select the deposit option this will cover x2 tickets and the rest of the group will be changed the on day of the event.
How many people can play at once?
Each room can accommodate up to 8 people. If you have a larger group, we kindly request that you book additional rooms to ensure everyone is catered to properly.
Is this suitable for corporate team building
Yes it is, and for corporate clients with 20 or more staff we can make special arrangements.

Our minimum charge for a group size is 4 people, you can come in with 2 or 3 however its not financially viable to charge any less then the minimum charge of $180.
All our sessions are private and you will not be mixed with other people.
Can I book over the phone?
Please use the booking page, if you are unsure of something and have tried to find it in the FAQ and it’s not there then give us a call.
How long do I have to complete the game?
You will be given approximately 50 to 60 minutes to complete the room, depending on the room you choose to play. If you happen to run out of time, there’s no need to worry as we will ensure your safe exit.
Are there any age restrictions for participants?
To enter, participants must be at least 8 years old. However, if you are under 16 years old, adult supervision is required, or at the very least, you need to be accompanied by someone who is 16 years or older.
Do I have to arrive in advance?
To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking time. This will allow sufficient time to complete the initial induction process and thoroughly read through the rules. It is important to note that the game will commence promptly and no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled booking time. Delays in arrival may result in a shorter game duration, potentially impacting your overall experience. We kindly request your punctuality to avoid any potential disruptions and ensure an enjoyable game for all participants.
How difficult is the escape room ?
Our game features a collection of six to eight core puzzles, all included in a single immersive experience. The game is thoughtfully designed to be completed within 50 to 60 minutes, varying slightly based on the chosen room. Success in the game primarily relies on concentration and puzzle-solving skills, rather than any specific talents or abilities. However, it’s important to note that while the game is accessible to all, it doesn’t guarantee that everyone will be able to finish it. It presents a challenge that requires problem-solving and teamwork to overcome.
Are we actually locked in ?
Some escape rooms lock the doors but we do not, there is always a safe way to exit in the event of a fire or if someone in the group feels uncomfortable and wants to leave
